q.MINDshare Eliminates the Forgetting Curve Associated with Employee Training.

q.MINDshare (“q”), a prescriptive, adaptive microlearning delivery system, eliminates the forgetting curve that impedes employee training. That means more employees remember more training than before, helping you deliver faster, more predictable performance outcomes to the business.

q keeps important changes in product, strategy and process top-of-mind, improving learner confidence and driving accelerated success of key initiatives.

Training's "Forgetting Curve" has plagued enterprises for decades - people really do forget over 50% of their training post-event. This means to maximize successful business outcomes, training reinforcement is just as important as the training event.

q follows the ESP Methodology, based on decades of learning research and real-world experience:

(1) Evaluate: Because the "Forgetting Curve" is real, learning retention must be measured post-training to identify areas of alignment and learning gaps.

(2) Support: Identified learning gaps need ongoing reinforcement and repetition where applicable. Gaps (and retention improvement) must then be re-measured.

(3) Perform: When employees retain over 90% of the training instead of less than 50%, employee confidence drives a change in behavior and more predicable outcomes.

Clients over the last 11 years include Centene, Verizon, American Express, Georgia Power & Coca Cola.

I just read a new book called "How to Demonstrate Software So People Buy It" by Brian Geery. I've been in software sales since 1989 and wish I read it sooner.

Bad software demos kill even the most qualified deals. Brian's book breaks through the sales book clutter, bringing together an invaluable collection of stories, best practices and tips focused on one thing: closing more business by delivering great software demos. Every executive, every manager, every pre-sales engineer…

no doubt!  Glad you reached out.  It's funny, the first image I clicked was one that you had uploaded in 2014.  I am attending my children's holiday performance this afternoon/evening.  Let's grab a drink sometime soon.

Thanks Eric!  The Riverwalk is gorgeous and I have seen quite a few weddings taking place there since I moved here a few years ago.  Glad you could enjoy it as well!

Hi Eric!  I used (and attributed) a cartoon in my upcoming ASTD presentation. You can see it at 22nd Century Selling Skills. I would also like to use some cartoon for another presentation. Is this okay as long as I attribute (or link)? Mike

Thanks for the welcome message, Eric. My participation will unfrotunately be light, but it seems like a great NING site and Lord knows, we can all use more laughs.

Hi, Eric. I like your site and am a member. Can you tell me if I can pull certain cartoons that I see here? They're so funny and I find that I'd like to use certain ones from time to time. If this is do-able, could you tell me how??
